PURPOSE:To form a copper film not to be blackened on the surface of an Al material with no electrolysis by coating the surface with fluorine oil or silicone oil and a copper halide, and heating it to deposit a copper film. CONSTITUTION:Fluorine oil such as a stabilized low polymer of chrotrifluoro- ethylene or silicone oil such as dimethylpolysiloxane is suitably blended with a copper halide such as cuprous chloride to form a paste. This paste is coated onto the surface of aluminum or its alloy and then this aluminum material is heated at 400-500 deg.C for 1-30min to deposit a copper film, cooled, and washed with water to remove scale adhered. Thus, a uniform copper film not to be blackened can be formed on the surface of the aluminum material with no electrolysis. |
