The control module has a sequence control circuit. This circuit is used to establish predetermined process operating conditions as a function of binary state signals. It has a sequencer circuit which reacts to specific binary signals to sequentially define the state signals. The module include a programmable logic unit. This unit has circuits which are programmed to create Boolean algebraic expressions equivalent of a scale diagram so as to produce binary control signals.
