A system was devised for a poppet valve of an I.C. engine to slide and rotate when the valve is closed by the valve spring load when the valve is rising the spring component(1) deformable in the direction of the axis becomes flat by the force of the valve spring and a movable ball in the retainer cap(3) is moved into the deeper part of the groove by the spring(7) arranged tangentially. When the valve is closed 1 is freed and force 2 moves to the shallower part then 1 is rotated.
