PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency and to precisely manage an article by containing an attribute code part showing the attribute of the article and a manufacture code part showing product time information on the article and extracting the respective articles by referring only to an attribute code. SOLUTION: An identification seal 2 is adhered to the end side of a communication cable 1 and an identification code 3 is put on the surface of the identification seal 2. The identification code 3 is provided with the attribute code part 4 showing the attribute of the communication cable 1 and the manufacture code part 5 showing manufacture time information on the communication cable 1. Attribute information of the communication cable 1 is the number of stored cores and data of attached connectors and manufacture time information of the communication cable 1 is a manufacture number and the like. At the time of laying the communication cable 1 by referring to a communication cable wiring drawing displayed on a monitor, only the attribute code part 4 is collated and the communication cable 1 is extracted. Then, all the communication cables 1 equal in attributes such as system and length regardlessly of the difference of the manufacture code parts 5 are selected. |
