PURPOSE:To lock a motor at a given stop position by generating two-phase sine waves or triangular waves 90 deg. different in phase while being synchronized with the revolution of a servomotor and converting them into false saw-tooth- waves. CONSTITUTION:A B phase output ESB is made to lag at 90 deg. from an A phase output ESA at the time of clockwise CW revolution, and led at 90 deg. at the time of counterclockwise CCW revolution. A waveform converter 2 receives the two-phase sine wave output and conducts arithmetic operation, thus generating the false saw-tooth-waves of a right rise when a motor is turned in the clockwise direction and the false saw-tooth-waves of a right fall when the motor is rotated in the counterclockwise direction. An output from the waveform converter 2 is increased in the positive direction when the motor stopped at an assigned position (a) receives disturbance and is moved in the clockwise direction, and the output from the waveform converter 2 is increased in the negative direction when the motor is shifted in the counterclockwise direction. Accordingly, the output is fed back negatively to a servo amplifier 4, the motor receives force having polarity reverse to disturbance and is returned to an original position, and is locked at the assigned position (a). |
