The small toilet is used for rest areas on motorways, camping and festival grounds. This toilet can be readily and thoroughly cleaned by cylindrical rotating brushes (24) at the end of a linking arm (25) of a cleaning vehicle (26). The toilet building is a double wall cylindrical housing (1) accommodating water storage between the double walls. The top has a cover (19) which can be moved sideways. The door is arranged on one side. A toilet complete with flushing system is arranged within the cylindrical housing. The rotating brush is inserted through the upper cylinder opening.
