PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a flat cable and to easily perform the cabling work of the cable to a vehicle and the like. SOLUTION: There are provided: a plurality of holding members 19, 21 holding each of a plurality of areas in the direction of the length of the flat cable 17 and enabling the flat cable 17 to be bent by alternately piling each of the adjoining holding members; a guide protector section 23 that is disposed between the adjoining holding members 19, 21, and abuts against the inside 47 of the flat cable 17 and guides the bend, and also protects the bent portion of the flat cable 17 when the flat cable 17 is bent; and a locker means 25 that enables the holding members 19, 21 to be mutually locked in a state that the adjoining holding members 19, 21 are piled in accordance with the bending angle of the flat cable 17. |
