PURPOSE:To simply manufacture a pressure container which is excellent in a safety and the like, by forming a continuous recessed groove in a mirror surface plate in its circumferential direction, and by bringing a roll into contact with the outer periphery of an outer cylinder corresponding to the recessed groove so that a part of the outer cylinder is fitted in the recessed groove. CONSTITUTION:During manufacture, a continuous recessed groove 2 having a semicircular cross-sectional shape or the like is formed at first in one side surface of a mirror surface plate 1 in a pressure container of a gas producing device, uniformly along the circumferential direction. Then, the mirror surface 1 is set at a predetermined position in a metal outer cylinder 3 in the container. A compression roll 4 is made into contact with the outer periphery of the outer cylinder 3 corresponding to the recessed groove 2 in the mirror surface plate 1 so as to deform the contact part thereof. Further, a part of the outer cylinder 3 is deformed 11 so as to be fitted in the recessed groove 2, and accordingly, the pressure container is formed. Thereby it is possible to simply produce a pressure container in the gas producing apparatus which is excellent in reliabil ity and safety, at a low cost. |
