The securing means comprises a small, flat and upwardly open cage (2) provided with a suspension clip (10). On the upper opening of the small cage (2) there are provided at least two sprung tongues (3, 4) which are located opposite each other and are directed into the interior of the said cage. A barrier preventing the inserted deodoriser piece from slipping out is thus formed. The suspension clip (10) is produced in one piece with the small cage, such that it rests partially on the latter, and is attached thereto via a film hinge (11) at one end and via a tie, which can be broken off, at the other end. On the hinge there is provided a cam (13) on which, after the tie has been released and the securing means has been brought into effect, the suspension clip (10) is locked in a sprung nose (14). <IMAGE>
