The stator (S) has two transversal branches (6, 7) interconnecting the ends of two parallel branches (2, 3). The branch (7) has two polar units (8, 9) separated by an interruption or air gap (10) in which a rotor (R) is mounted. The branch (6) is separated with respect to the branches (2, 3) such that stator windings (4, 5) are threaded on the branches (2, 3) before the connection of the branch (6 or 7) to the branches (2, 3).
