Reinforced drainage asphalt is provided to give various colors, to keep drainage efficiency of asphalt, to prevent sliding and to increase durability by coating with ceramic aggregate and surface coating materials. The invention relates to reinforced drainage asphalt manufactured by paving an asphalt modification compound for drainage pavement which is formed by mixing 5-30 weight percent asphalt pitch(B), 1-10 weight percent additives for asphalt modification(C) and 0.1-2 weight percent super-plasticizers(D) selected from siloxane oligomers with a number-average molecular weight of 200-15000 or silane compounds with a number-average molecular weight of 2000-15000 per 100 weight percent aggregate compounds(A) formed by mixing 50-80 weight percent coarse aggregate, 15-40 weight percent fine aggregate and 5-10 weight percent filler on a construction plane to a thickness of 5-15cm and tamping, coating the asphalt modification compound for drainage pavement with surface coating materials, and spraying ceramic aggregate on the upper part of the surface coating materials for the usable time of the surface coating materials.
