FIELD: road building materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relate to bitumen-based stabilizing additives in asphaltic concrete mixes that can find use when manufacturing pavements using crushed rock/mastic asphaltic concretes in the form of granules. Additive comprises bitumen and structuring agent, which is pretreated flax straw, at bitumen-to-structuring agent weight ratio (1-3):(1-2). Stabilizing additive may further contain 1-5% of reagent Neozone D.
