FIELD: head protective equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: casing of protective helmet has cap equipped with longitudinal rigidity rib and shock-absorbing members formed as slots provided on inner surface of cap, at both sides of rigidity rib, with thickness of cap in slots being gradually reduced. Inner sides of slots are gradually making continuation of rigidity rib, and depth of slots gradually fades away. Width of slots is 4-6 mm. ^ EFFECT: simplified construction and improved shock-absorbing function of helmet casing. ^ 2 dwg
