<p>The container is fitted with a discharge opening (6) fitted with a number of grooves along its length. A cylindrical sleeve (5) fits over the opening and is held in position by the grooves and corresponding grooves in the sleeve. A flat seal face (10) closes the opening. The sleeve is fitted with a tube (1) able to slide in and out in the bore (2). The end (17) of the tube is splayed to prevent its removal. In one design, the discharge end of the tube has a fixed cap which can remain in position while pouring if side holes are incorporated. An outer cap (16) closes the entire assembly.</p> |
