<p>Objects to be loaded onto a pallet are carried on a conveyor. A branch splits the flow so that the objects are carried by two horizontally spaced conveyors and from there to vertically spaced conveyors. The objects are placed on upper and lower tables. When three have accumulated, a pusher advances the row. When three rows have accumulated the pusher pushes them all on to the table which can move vertically and horizontally. This table is moved over the pallet, stops lower behind the objects and the table is withdrawn leaving a complete layer of objects on the pallet.</p> |
