A continuous variable valve lift apparatus is provided to achieve zero lift without slip contact and to solve an abrasion problem by forming a 6-joint Stephenson mechanism. A continuous variable valve lift apparatus comprises a cam(110) rotated by receiving engine power to open and close a valve according to combustion timing, a follower link(120) contacting with the cam and making a movement correspondingly to the rotation of the cam, a coupler link(130) composed of three stages and causing a wing arm to make a movement correspondingly to the movement of the follower link by connecting the first stage to a follower link, the second stage to a swing arm and the third stage to an adjustment link, an adjustment link(140) having one end connected to the coupler link and the other end controlling the pivot location of the coupler link and the swing arm according to the disposition of the coupler link, a swing arm(150) having one end connected with the coupler link to open and close a valve, and a valve(210) contacting with the swing arm to be opened and closed.
