PURPOSE:To stably keep the regeneration performance for a long period by lamenting ceramic film, Cu-Ni alloy film and silver film in order on the particulate collecting surface of a porous ceramic structural body. CONSTITUTION:The ceramic film 18, the Cu-Ni alloy film 20 and the silver film 22 are laminated i order on the particulate collecting surface of the porous ceramic structural body 12. As a result, the regeneration performance is stably kept for a long period. |
