AQUEOUS DISPERSIONS OF PERFLUOROALKYL ESTERS FOR TREATING TEXTILES Dry soil resistance and nonflame propagating characteristics are insured in textile fibers by applying thereto an aqueous dispersion containing at least 5 weight percent of a perfluoroalkyl ester of a carboxylic acid of from 3 to 30 carbon atoms. After the dispersion is applied, the fibers are dried at between 120.degree. to 170.degree.C. |
