Spiro-cyclo-alkane-naphthyridine derivs. of formula (I), useful as antiallergy and antiinflammatory agents, are prepd. In (I), 2 of a-d are CH or N and the remaining 2 are CH; Y, Z each = O or S; V= O, S(O)n or CRR; R, R1 each = H, C1-6 alkyl, halogen, NO2, C1-6 alkoxy, CF3, C1-6 alkylthio or CN; n, r = 0-2; q= 1-5; A= Ph, naphthyl, indenyl, indanyl, pyridyl, pyrimidinyl, pyrazinyl, furyl, thienyl or imidazolyl.
