1530834 Curable adhesive compositions E I DU PONT DE NEMOURS & CO 23 May 1977 [24 May 1976] 21671/77 Heading C3V Curable adhesive compositions comprise (1) chlorosulphonated polyethylene or a mixture of chlorinated polyethylene and a sulphonyl chloride containing 25-70% chlorine and 3- 160 m moles sulphonyl chloride moiety per 100 grams of chlorosulphonated or chlorinated polyethylene which is derived from a polyethylene of melt index 4-500, (2) a vinyl monomer and (3) sufficient silver, carbon or titanium carbide particles to render the cured composition electrically conducting. The compositions may be cured with catalysts, e.g. amines, transition metal compounds, aldehyde-amine condensates and peroxides, and may be formulated as a two-part pack.
