The present invention provides a compound having the general formula wherein R1 represents an alkyl group containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms or a phenyl group and R2 represents hydrogen or a halogen atom, a tautomer thereof or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof which have pharmacodynamic properties and in particular have sedative and marked psychosedative anxiety in relieving and spasm-relieving properties.
