摘要

PURPOSE:To unify the current distribution flowing in a junction and even the emission intensity distribution within light emitting plane by providing a semiconductor layer which has a forbidden band wider than the light emitting region,s is of the same conductivity type and whose impurity concentration shows metal conduction, in adjacency to the light emitting region out of the PN junction.
