In a preferred embodiment the alloy is first cold worked with at least 10% reduction and then recrystallization annealed at 400-600‹ C.; it may then be further cold worked with 25-40% reduction and given an intermediate anneal at 400-600‹ C. followed by the final cold reduction and anneal.
