<p>Clothes hanger is composed of individual flat joints (2) connected by the run-through of at least one string, the whole permanently sewn into the shoulders and back of the garment to be suspended from a storage rail. The string leading through the threaded joints forms a centre loop (1) for its suspension. Each flat joint has a flat projecting piece at one of its ends and a corresponding cut-out piece at the other end. The joints fit into one another via these cut-outs and matching projections. The string threads its way lengthwise through the joints ending in a knot at each extremity. The hanger can thus be adjusted in length to fit in with the shoulder width of the garment into which it is sewn. The articulation of the joints is loose enough to adopt a shoulder shape and tight enough to stop it from twisting under the weight of the garment.</p> |
