<p>The collapsible grill unit for charcoal fires is a box-shaped construction. An upper grid (76) which runs parallelto the rear wall (14), separates the furnace chamber (94) from the cooking space whilst a lower grid separates the furnace chamber from an air intake chamber. Both the upper grid (76) and the back wall (14) are held in upright slide guides provided on the side walls whilst the base through (16) is held in horizontal slide guides on the side walls. A heat-resistant filter (72) is provided as an upper sealing lid for the furnace chamber (94) which lies between the upper grid (76) and the rear wall and for the cooking chamber lying in front of the upper grid.</p> |
