PURPOSE:To make a frame member and a corrugated synthetic resin board into an integral body in accompany with the molding of the frame member so as to surely block corrugation openings in order to produce a frame plate having high airtightness and heat resistance by a method wherein the frame member is formed by injecting synthetic resin and, after that, under the state that the frame member is kept under the heated and pressurized conditions, is fused to the side end faces of a corrugated board. CONSTITUTION:A frame member 5 is produced by injecting molten synthetic resin in the molding space in a fixed mold 33, which is formed by a movable mold 33 and a first movable block 19, after a fixed mold 15 and the movable mold 33 are clamped together under the state that a corrugated board is installed to a second movable block 35. After injection molding, by moving the corrugated board 3, which is pinched by the blocks 19 and 35 and held under the heated and pressurized conditions, the molded frame member 5, uncured synthetic resin of the frame member 5 is fused to the side end faces of the corrugated board 3 so as to block and fill corrugation openings 3a. Accordingly, in accompany with the molding of the frame member 5, the frame member 5 and the corrugated board are made into an integral body so as to be able to produce a frame plate. |
