PHOTOCONDUCTIVE MATERIAL HANDLING DEVICE AND METHOD

The machine has a storage capacity for a large quantity of photo conductive track material used in Xerographic processes. These are folded in the shape of a fan on a support platform which can hold a large quantity compactly stacked. The material removed from the folded stack, unfolded and conveyed through the machine and then restacked at the same speed. This picked up by roller pairs which are synchronised with the counterpart for stacking and unstacking. The feed and take up rollers are mounted vertically and spaced such that the folds between adjacent sections will be square to the track.
