Powdered products for surface treatment of rivers, canals, or lakes are projected onto the surface so as to be immersed without dispersion in the air and at a high rate of delivery. A turbine delivers a mixture of powder and air through a flexible pipe (1) secured to floats (2) by U-bolts (3). An upper deflector (4) and side deflectors (5) are hinged to pipe (1) and are set at angles to ensure satisfactory delivery of the powder.
