<p>PURPOSE:To achieve miniaturization by providing a humidity-sensitive element wherein org. polymer electrolyte is supported by a porous ceramic body and a laminated type chip thermistor on the same substrate. CONSTITUTION:An MgCr2O4-TiO2 type mixture is baked and sliced to obtain a chip like element which is, in turn, used as a humidity sensitive material to obtain a humidity-sensitive element 11. Next, MnCO3, NiO, Cr2O3 and SiO2 are mixed in a predetermined ratio and ground by a ball mill to be subsequently formed into a slurry. This slurry is applied to a PET film to form a sheet. Subsequently, the sheet is cut into a proper size and, thereafter, lamination, cutting, baking, polishing and electrode dip baking are executed to obtain a laminated type chip thermistor 12. Next, the element 11 and the thermistor 12 are applied to an aluminum substrate 13 provided with hole 13a and an electrode 15 to be laminated to the electrode 15 using paste. The obtained structure wherein the element 11 and the thermistor 12 are mounted on the substrate 13 is received in a resin case and the opening of said case is sealed to complete a sensor.</p> |
