A store is connected to the switching stages and stores the prepared digital value according to an input control signal. Switching parts producing the input control signals are connected to the switching stages and send to the store an input control signal synchronously with a recurrent change in the variable digital value. Setting devices connected to the switching parts adjust the phase instant of the input control signal, so that a prepared digital value is input into the store at a phase instant set by the devices and according to the input control signal which is prepared at a phase instant set by the devices.
