PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain hot water rapidly from the start of heating upon supplying hot water by disposing auxiliary hot water feed pipes each of which is wound up in a coil shape in a combustion chamber 5, one end of each auxiliary hot water feed pipe being communicated with a water tank of a main body of the heat exchanger and other end thereof being formed into a hot water feed port. CONSTITUTION:Water fed through a water feed port 6 is filled in a water tank 3 of a main heat exchanger body 4. On the other hand, when a burner B is fired within a combustion chamber 5, hot air flows as shown by an arrows (a) and an auxiliary hot water feed pipe 8 and a main heat exchanger body 4 are heated to heat water within the auxiliary hot water feed pipe 8 and a water tank 3. In this state, when a cock is opened and hot water is fed through a hot water feed port 7, water flows as shown by arrows (b), and hot water is fed through the hot water feed port 7. Upon this occasion, heat within the combustion chamber 5 makes direct contact with the auxiliary hot water feed pipe 8 and is heated instantaneously, and hot water is rapidly fed through the hot water feed port 7. Water within the water tank 3 of the main heat exchanger body 4 is also heated. When the time passes from the starting of the hot water feeding, water is heated within the water tank 3 and also is heated in the auxiliary hot water feed pipe 8 and is supplied. |
