PURPOSE:To provide a simple individual house type heat pump air conditioner by a method wherein a compressor and a heat exchanger are integrally arranged, a delivery port and a discharge port are formed in an upper and a lower end part, a blower is provided in a ventilation flue, and an outer size is caused to approximately coincide with that of a window frame. CONSTITUTION:A delivery port 10 is formed in a ceiling panel 4 and a suction port 11 in a free access floor 8. During cooling operation, an air conditioner 1 is provided at an upper end part with a delivery port 13 and at a lower end part with a discharge port 14, and a vaporizer coil 15 is positioned right below the delivery port 13, and a heat pump unit 16 containing a condenser and a compressor, a total heat exchange unit 17 utilizing indoor exhaust heat, and an exhaust fan 18 are integrally provided, in order named, from above. Air on the indoor side 3 flows through an exhaust chamber 9 by means of the suction port 11 and is sucked through the discharge port 14 of an air conditioner 1 and flows through the total heat exchange unit 17 to the outside. Outside air is preheated by the total heat exchange unit 17 and when it flows through the heat pump unit 16, it aids condensation of a refrigerant. On the other hand, outside air is cooled by the vaporizer coil 15, and fed through the delivery port 13 to a feed chamber 6 and discharged through the delivery port 10 to the indoor side 3. |
