The box is made from cardboard or another semi-rigid material. It is constructed from a precut and pre-grooved blank which folds up to form a rectangular box with a base, four sides and a lid. The lid has a flap (7) with a cut tab piece (8) which is glued to the front face (3) of the box to form a temporary connection. The cardboard is of a nature and thickness such that when the middle part of the front face is pulled, using a small flap (9) defined by two notches, the tab piece splits into two thus unsealing the box.
