<p>The household or expressor coffee maker comprises a coffee pot and a pressure tight coffee filter FI, which with its outlet projects so far into the coffee pot KA that even right at the beginning of the extraction process the filter outlet opening FA immerses into the finished coffee extract thereby ensuring that no flavour is lost. The volatile aromatic substances are condensed in the finished coffee extract which has already cooled down slightly through a temperature compensation with the wall of the pot. At the end of the brewing process the filter can be suspended from a higher level in the pot for drainage.</p> |
