Prefabricated unit assembled building - with double skinned internal cross walls at room cells abutment points

The prefabricated building components to be assembled together consist of room cell units joined in rows along along the building's width. The transverse internal walls (2, 3) are all sited at the abutting points of two adjacent room cell units. They are double-skinned, with one cell fitted to one skin and the next to the other. The external cellar walls supporting the cells can be made from prefabricated heavy concrete sandwich slabs and offset relative to those of the cells, which can comprise a steel frame structure with a double-L-profile base frame with double-T beam drawn in across the ridge axis. Individual cells can be manufactured in finished form and are easily transportable and readily variable in plan.
