PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free access floor for air conditioning which dispenses with a dedicated floor panel for taking out a wiring cord from an underfloor, takes out the wiring cord from a desired part in a floor, provides high airtightness in a wire takeout part as well as spaces between each floor panel, and has no recess on the floor face. SOLUTION: A through hole 15a is formed by joining recesses 15 of a floor panel 5 with each other. In this case, a cap fitting part 13 is formed in a panel support mount 3 in a vertically penetrating state, a wiring cap 8 having an insertion part 18 for inserting a wiring cord 7 in a close contact state is detachably provided in a cap fitting part 13, and a projection 28 having a cord takeout hole 38 which is fitted to the through hole 15a and continuing to the insertion part 18 is formed.
