PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly sensitive and compact magnetic field sensor in which mass-productivity is satisfactory and offset is small. SOLUTION: This magnetic sensor 1 is provided with plural magnetic resistance effect elements 11-14 arrayed with prescribed intervals and plural bias magnets 21 and 25 arranged with prescribed intervals corresponding to those magnetic resistance effect elements 11-14. The plural bias magnets 21 and 25 are constituted two kinds of magnet bodies whose coercive forces are substantially different, and those two kinds of magnet bodies are arranged with the prescribed intervals along the arraying direction of those magnetic resistance effect elements 11-14 so that the absolute values of bias magnetic fields to be impressed to the plural magnetic resistance effect elements 11-14 can be made substantially equal.
