SOLUTION: In the facing material 1 made of the synthetic resin composed of a multilayer low-foamed extrusion molded form, the first stepped section and the second stepped section are formed along each of at least the first end section and the second end section on the reverse side to the first end section, the first stepped section has a surface-side projecting section 13, in which a surface-section layer containing the surface of a multiplayer extrusion molded form is projected, the second stepped section has a rear-side projecting section 12, in which a section layer positioned on the rear side more than the board- thickness position range of the surface-side projecting section is projected, and the surface of the rear-side projecting section is decorated 12a.
