<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an internet advertisement display which obviates disappearance of advertisements from a screen, provides high degree of attention and can improve the access rate to the advertisements. SOLUTION: The advertisement information displayed in a region set apart by a prescribed interval from a mouse pointer displayed on the screen of terminal equipment by a character layer forming section 14 and a character layer position regulating section 16 is controlled in movement, in follow up to the movement of the mouse pointer or the moving object which moves along the prescribed orbit set by a moving object orbit setting section is captured by the mouse pointer and is clicked, by which the screen is jumped to the homepage of an advertiser.</p> |
