<p>A dividing insert for baking moulds used to cover traditional German Christmas cakes (stollen) consists of a shaped end mould, made of tinned sheet, which is clipped around the bottom edges of the baking tin. It can be moved over the length of the mould to any desired point and can be complemented by a second one, separately or combined with it. Stollen of any length, weight and size can thus be baked in the same baking mould.</p> |
