A reflection preventing laminated body is provided by laminating a high refraction index layer and a low refraction index layer, which has a refraction index lower than that of the high refraction index layer, in this order on a transparent plastic film, directly or through other layer. The low refraction index layer has a surface resistance value of 1.0x1010Omega/□or below, a total light transmittance of 94% or more, and a refraction index of 1.25- 1.37. An optical member provided with the reflection preventing laminated body is also provided. The optical member is preferably a polarizing plate provided with a reflection preventing function in a liquid crystal display. The reflection preventing laminated body excels in transparency, mechanical strength, antistaticity and reflection preventing characteristic. ® KIPO & WIPO 2007 |
