Device of neutron logging by super-thermal neutrons for study of oil-and-gas wells has in protective case electronic block and probe unit, this has stationary source of quick neutrons, two placed at different distance from source detectors of super-thermal neutrons, screens between source of neutrons and near detector, and between detectors. Probe unit of the device has increased distance between source of neutrons and detectors. Screens between the source and the near detector and between detectors are made of material that weakly retards and has good sputtering of neutrons, for instance of aluminum.
