A switching power supply for improving current unbalance applicable to a power conversion device of a fuel cell system is provided to prevent a current from being concentrated on one switching element by allowing the current to evenly flow on the switching elements. A switching power supply includes a transformer(T), a switching unit(200), and a current balancing unit(220). The transformer includes a primary coil(N1) and a secondary coil(N2). The switching unit includes a first switching element(SW1), and a second switching element(SW2). The first switching element and the second switching element are turned on/off according to a control signal applied from the outside. The transformer adjusts a transformation ratio of an input voltage and an output voltage according to a turn ratio of the primary coil and the secondary coil. A voltage having an alternative pole is applied to a primary side of the transformer by turning a direction of a current applied to the primary side of the transformer according to a turn on/off state of the first switching element and the second switching element.
