[PROBLEMS] To provide an image-forming device and a heating device in which the thermal shrinkage of a cloth article is suppressed with controlling the energy required for heating and the thermal shrinkage can be restored even if it occurs. [MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] In this image-forming device, ink is adhered onto a sheet-like cloth article (50) by an inkjet head (37) and heated for developing color on the cloth article. Heating members (heat rollers (23a, 23b, 23c, 43a, 43b, 43c) in a first roller group (23) and a second roller group (43)) disposed on both surfaces of the cloth article (50) contact with the respective corresponding surfaces (both surfaces) of the cloth article (50), whereby the ink is heated. |
