A check valve is provided to facilitate assembly of elements by being made of a rubber film and a support without a spring and increase flow area of fluid by making a sealing part of the rubber film having a plate shape. A check valve comprises: a rubber film(20) of a plate shape; a support(10) with a conveying groove which is opened or closed with the rubber film; a first housing(40) covering the support; and a second housing(50) which is hermetically coupled in the first housing and sealing the rubber film and the support. The support is formed in a cylindrical form in order that the rubber film is inserted into the support rubber film.
