Transmitter for high frequency energy - esp. for chambers used for drawing crystals from molten materials

The two supply and return tubular conductors in a high frequency conveyor are co-axially arranged and are isolated, using a press-tight insulating material from one another and from the chamber into which the conveyor transmits the high frequency energy. The tubular conductors are permanently attached to the insulating material. The conveyor is of the type which passes through a pressure-tight connection in the wall of chamber and is used to heat the chamber. The conveyor is designed to carry cooling water. Device is esp. used for heating chambers in which a crystal is drawn from a melt in an inductively heated crucible. Inductive heating or surrounding metal parts is avoided to provide low loss transmission. There are no seals to be changed.
