The present invention relates to a room temperature-curable heat resistant paint composition and a coated article. More specifically, the present invention relates to a room temperature-curable heat resistant paint composition which includes a silicone-based resin having a methoxy or a phenoxy functional group, a metal catalyst, a heat resistant extender pigment, and a corrosion resistant extender pigment. According to the present invention, the room temperature-curable heat resistant paint composition ensures room temperature curing effects by moisture and exhibits excellent heat resistance, adhesiveness, and corrosion resistance of a material. Thus, the room temperature-curable heat resistant paint composition can be applied to a high temperature region of metal tools and materials requiring heat resistance, such as architectural exterior materials, electronic substrates, plants, turbochargers, mufflers.
