<p>The provision for heat insulation on windows is designed for fitting as an auxiliary device during the cold months of the year. It comprises a frame (9) encompassing the window, for insertion into the window opening (1) on the interior side. This has a sheet of transparent foil (10) stretched across it. Provision can be made for clamping the frame into the opening, pref. using a clamp connection on the opening, or on the blind frame (2) or top and bottom boards (4, 3). Rubber seals may be fitted at the sides, and rails may be fitted on the blind frame or boards, with recesses for notching units on the horizontal parts of the auxiliary frame.</p> |
