<p>The door leaf plinth, for sealing the bottom edge against draughts, gases, smells or noises, has a vertically adjustable sealing unit, lowered to the floor, and a regulating mechanism operated from outside. A locking device on the bottom edge of the door leaf is for fixture of a flexible seal lying against the floor. The seal can be adjusted for height, parallel to the leaf edge or at an angle by means of setscrew (11) and slots (14), or spindles and nuts, fitted on both sides of the narrow sides of the leaf. It can comprise two elastic sealing strips (7, 8) parallel and spaced apart.</p> |
