<p>The corrugations for vessels of liquid-cooled electrical equipment, partic. transformers, are formed at regular intervals by a high pressure of a folding tool on an endless incoming strip with two bending jaws pressing round the too, such that the length of the folding tool is determined by the desired vessel wal depth and the bending jaws have compression strips adjoining the lateral edges of the folding tool. The appts. in relatively inexpensive and without the complexity of existing machines which ives rise to defective material.</p> |
